Project management assignments As project managers, we help you to choose your contractor and throughout the project. Our design office is responsible for designing projects, performing all research (statements, analysis, studies, on-site visits, various calculations) in order to put together the tender enquiry and site monitoring. Project phase  We develop the tender enquiry including all the administrative, technical and financial paperwork necessary for companies to consult. We help the project manager select the companies and award the contract.
Works phase We help you enter into contract for works with one or several companies. We are then responsible for:  Ensuring that the work performed by the company(ies) is checked  Verifying installation compliance  Ensuring works coordination between the companies and external parties.  Enforce technical and administrative clauses as well as the expected quote given in the contract  Once the works end, we help you throughout the acceptance as well as checking and handing over the list of completed projects to the project manager.	On-site research and project monitoring  We perform project management, contract management and site coordinator assignments on-site.
